Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the things people ask most.
Who can open an account?
Anyone aged 18 or over who can pass identity verification and who lives somewhere we are able to serve. We may decline or close accounts where the law requires it.
Why do I have to verify my identity?
It keeps your account safe, stops fraud and money laundering, and meets the rules that apply to businesses handling money. Your account can not be used until verification is approved.
What do I need to verify my identity?
In the United States: your Social Security Number and a photo of your driver's license. In other countries: a government-issued ID such as a passport or national ID card. Everyone also takes a live selfie with their camera and uploads a proof of address (a recent utility bill, bank statement or similar).
How long does verification take?
Once you submit, our team reviews your documents and emails you the result. Clear, complete documents are approved fastest. If something is not right we tell you why so you can fix it and resubmit.
Why is two-factor authentication (2FA) required?
Your password alone is not enough to protect money. With 2FA, a thief who learns your password still can not get in or withdraw. You can use an authenticator app (recommended), SMS or email, and you get backup codes in case you lose your phone.
How do I add money?
You can deposit USD by bank transfer or wire, by card where it is switched on, or deposit crypto to the address we show you. Bank transfers usually take 1-3 business days and wires the same day. Deposits are credited after we confirm the funds arrived.
How do I withdraw?
Withdraw USD to a bank account you have saved, or send crypto to a wallet address. Every withdrawal needs a fresh 2FA code and goes through a security review before it is sent. Bank withdrawals usually arrive in 1-3 business days.
What does it cost?
Trading has a small fee, shown before you confirm every order. Card deposits cost more than bank transfers and the fee is shown before you pay. Crypto withdrawals include the network fee for that coin. There is no hidden charge: every fee appears in your transaction history.
What is staking?
Staking means locking some of your coins for a period to earn rewards. Each option shows its rate and lock period before you start. Rates can change for new stakes, and unstaking a locked stake early gives your coins back but forfeits its rewards.
Is my money guaranteed?
No. Crypto prices go up and down and you can lose some or all of what you put in. Nothing here is financial advice. Only use money you can afford to lose.
I forgot my password. What now?
Choose "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. We email you a link that works for 15 minutes. If you have 2FA on, you will still need your code to sign in afterwards.
How do I contact support?
Use the contact form or email support@invexachain.com. We will never ask for your password or 2FA code.
