Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this covers

These terms are an agreement between you and Invexachain ("we", "us"). They apply when you create an account or use our website and services. By creating an account you accept them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding contract, and not be prohibited from using our services by any law that applies to you. We may refuse or close accounts in places where we are not able to operate.

3. Your account and verification

You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. We verify identity before an account can be used; in the United States this includes a Social Security Number and driver's license, and elsewhere a government-issued ID, a live selfie and proof of address. We may ask for more information at any time. We may restrict or close an account if verification fails or information turns out to be false.

4. Keeping your account secure

You are responsible for your password, your two-factor authentication device and backup codes. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We will never ask you for your password or 2FA codes. We are not responsible for losses caused by you sharing them or by an unsecured device.

5. Deposits, trading and withdrawals

Deposits are credited after we confirm the funds have arrived. Prices come from market data providers and orders execute at the price shown when you confirm, or at your limit price. Fees are shown before you confirm and recorded in your history. Withdrawals require two-factor authentication and may be reviewed, delayed or declined for security, legal or compliance reasons. Crypto sent to a wrong address usually cannot be recovered.

6. Staking

Staking rates and lock periods are shown when you start and can change for new stakes. Unstaking a locked stake early returns your coins but forfeits its rewards. Rewards are not guaranteed.

7. Risk

Crypto assets are volatile. You can lose some or all of the money you put in. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any taxes you owe.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for anything unlawful, to launder money or finance crime, to evade sanctions, to defraud others, to interfere with the service or to access another person's account.

9. Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close an account to meet legal obligations, to protect you or others, or if you break these terms. You may close your account at any time after withdrawing your funds.

10. Our liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses from market movements, or for interruptions outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can not be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
